I’m a Tea Snob

I’ve become a tea snob.
I blame it on my taste buds, which lately have become very discriminating. If the tea is not multidimensional in flavor, “it’s meh, alright.”
Having afternoon tea has always been a strong tradition in my family, as in most Ugandan households. So it wasn’t a surpise when after finishing a club size pack of “meh” tea, I decided to search for some really good tea.
And I found some: Zhena’s Gypsy tea and Tazo full leaf tea, only sold through Starbucks. Zhena’s Gypsy Tea is out of this world. The flavor profile is unbelievable. Then there’s Starbucks tea, which I discovered is the full leaf tea from Tazo. Full leaf tea in a clear bag makes a BIG difference in taste. So I scoured the internet looking to buy it, and in the end I bought a bunch directly from Starbucks.
I’m a tea snob too!
