1. Do I really need an album? I have the photos on my computer.
"But I can just keep them on my computer!" you might think.
There are some problems with that.
When was the last time you sat down and spent time browsing through several photos you have stored on your computer or smartphone? Did you and a few friends crowd around the screen with a glass of wine and reminisce about the memories associated with those photos?
Exactly.
Whether you keep a wedding album on a nearby shelf or store it carefully away, it's always accessible. You can pull it out and relax on the couch with your spouse or if you order our mini album, you can carry it in your purse or handbag or briefcase, take it along with you in car, train, airplane and flip through page after beautiful page anytime, anywhere, anyplace.
2. How long does it take for the album to arrive?
Each album is handcrafted and takes 6 - 8 weeks not including holidays.
3. Can we still get an album after our event?
Yes, simply reach out and we are happy to help. We can also create Parent or Family Album or Bridal Party Album gifts too.
4. Can we make changes to the album?
Yes, we will share a link to review your album design layout online. You can send changes there.
5. Can I RUSH Order our album?
Yes, we are happy to share options to rush order your album.
6. How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in your order.
7. Can you design our parents with their own Album?
Yes, simply reach out and we are happy to help. We can also create a custom Parent album or make a duplicate copy of your album for your parents or family members.
8. What if we want to add more pages?
Yes, you can order additional pages. Simply make a request in your online album layout design. Most of our clients request additional pages and/or upgrade their Album size.
