This post is personal partly because it takes place in my shower.

Lately, I’ve been showering with Satsuma Body Wash, a college favorite from Bath and Body Works.  (I openly admit that before I googled it, all I knew about a satsuma was that it smelled juicy, orangey sweet and sounded like some cool karate move.)

Yesterday while showering, I noticed that the label on the back of my Satsuma shower gel has the words: Made with PASSION!  What a cool slogan.  Seeing those words got me thinking about my life right now, and whether the majority of my actions are truly, “made with passion” or whether I’m playing it safe.   Passion means risking your comfort zone to follow a dream, be vulnerable, try something new, tell your truth, go against the status quo, and it’s scary. BUT… I know for sure that everything I’ve ever done, risked, tried that made me grow and took me to the next level was fueled with passion.

The top left picture below with a butterfly was taken using a reflection through one of the butterfly mirrors in my bathroom.  Since butterflies represent transformation, this mirror is a beautiful reminder that it’s time for me to risk more if I want to go to the next level.

As I push myself to risk more with my personal life, career and relationships, I’m asking for your prayers, support and kind words.

Watch me fly with passion!
