Standing on the Brooklyn Bridge Park, I was reminded of Cory Booker’s words:
“You were born to SING your song. STAND UP for who you are.”
Last year, I photographed Mayor Cory Booker giving a commencement speech at Williams College in the Berkshires. His words resonated with me, and I made a promise to always sing my song. What a beautiful reminder to see those words again.
No matter where, when, who, what , where, STAND UP!
