Some of the best sushi I’ve had is in St Bart’s at Nikki Beach restaurant. It’s fresh, lightly seasoned with fresh toppings and oh, so yummy.

Spring, then summer!!! are right around the corner in New York, so until then, I’m dreaming of lots of sunshine, lounging on the beach and some Nikki Beach sushi.
