I’ve been resisting trying a Crumbs Bake Shop cupcake for awhile. I think it’s because I associated the word “crumbs” with dry. Even as some of my friends raved about their cupcakes, I was still hung up on the name Crumbs… UNTIL I was ambushed by one of my friends who knows how much I love all things red velvet. I ended up getting one of these large red velvet cupcakes and discovering that contrary to the name, they are moist.
