One word defines who we are and what we do: LOVE. We are in love with everything about love and nothing brings us more happiness than to tell each couple’s personal love story through design.
My background is in Fashion Design, so being a planner and designer is the perfect fit because we are able to not only plan the best day of a couple’s life, we are able to do so through design, details, colors, textures and patterns to make their day visually come to life. What we do is special because we believe that no two weddings should be the same and our main goal is to create a wedding that could only belong to you and no one else. We often like to think of ourselves as not only your planner, but your wedding concierge. There isn’t anything that you want to happen at your wedding that we can’t fulfill and it’s nice that we can offer so many different services in house beyond just planning, to include design, customized stationary, crafting and multimedia. We like to call ourselves the Modern Romantics because that is exactly what our attitude and stylistic approach to weddings are.
Advice to newly engaged couples
TRUST your vendors, you’ve hired them for a reason so let them do what they do best. Don’t get caught up in the little details of planning that you lose track of why you’re getting married, you can leave those little details up to the professionals that you’ve chosen! Hire a planner/coordinator, yes, do it! This isn’t to give myself a shameless plug, but having a planner means peace of mind in knowing that your wedding will be taken care of from start to finish. Your vendors will thank you for it too!

The best thing that our clients have done for us is to trust us completely and wholeheartedly with their wedding. This always makes for the best result as it allows us to design our best and to create a wedding that is beyond one’s expectations.
How do you incorporate a client’s culture into what you do?
Being that we are based in Silicon Valley, we definitely understand the importance of culture as our geographic area has often been dubbed as a “melting pot” region of America. Being able to share one’s culture not only with one’s partner but with one’s closest friends and family present is such a beautiful thing. We always do what we can to incorporate specific cultural traditions in a wedding so that it pays homage to the culture and heritage of our couple , but also gives the attending guests a new and fresh cultural experience.
