Modern day princes really do exist.

One day while enjoying early retirement, Ben looked out the window and saw his neighbor Cheryl, and he was smitten.  So every so often, he would keep a look out for her hoping to figure out her schedule so he could “accidentally” bump into her.  One day after figuring out that Cheryl usually came home ~5:30pm and likely wasn’t married, Ben “coincidently” walked by her house a couple of times, but she didn’t show up… for hours.

So Ben summoned up his courage and just decided to knock on her door.  She pleasantly greeted him and they immediately struck up a conversation.  On their first date, when Ben came to pick Cheryl up, she was pleasantly surprised to find a red rose in the front seat.  From then on, these two hit it off.

Ben told me that before meeting Cheryl, he usually spent his days hanging out on the golf course with his buddies and now that he had Cheryl, he no longer needed to golf so much.  How fitting that they got married at the East Mountain Country Club in Westfield, MA.

I so enjoyed photographing their wedding.  What a beautiful love story of perseverance, courage, chivalry and love!
