When she was single, Megan and her girlfriends would always joke about the challenges of dating.
So as a joke, Megan decided to buy an orchid to take care of because orchids need a lot of #greenthumb love and attention & require that their caretakers show them a lot of emotion & affection or they die.
Later on when she started dating Hassim from #Malia, he somehow found out about this silly joke. So when he proposed, he made sure to incorporate the orchid by asking, “if I was an orchid, would you be my sun forever?”
On their wedding day in #NewYork, Megan‘s cousin found a rare blue orchid for Megan to wear in her hair and as a special surprise to Hassim.
