It’s very snowy and cold over here in the New York area, and I have the winter blues.
I’m an African Southern gal grew up in Alabama and was born in Uganda, which is located right on the equator, so I’m very cold sensitive, hence why I’m sitting at the computer right now with the central heat on, thick fuzzy socks and a portable heater blasting hot air towards my right thigh.
Lately, I’ve been having tropical getaway fantasies like this one and for some reason also thinking about a pair of vibrant heels.
Maybe if I see a cheap flight or vacation somewhere, I just may hop a flight and take off to somewhere warm for a few days… at least until it warms up here in the New York area.
Oh summer, how I miss thee.
