Loving is the real life historical drama story of Richard & Mildred Loving, a couple whose arrest for interracial marriage in 1960s Virginia began a legal battle that would end with the Supreme Court’s historic 1967 decision. So it’s a real life true story about a very important case in American history, which made the case for interracial relationships.

The movie is beautifully filmed in an understated, simple way just like the real life couple and directed by Jeff Nichols.
