Failure is a beautiful thing.

Not right when you’re in it and the warmth of disappointment washes over you, but right after… when you sort though the rubble & discover gold nuggets & diamonds.

Sparkly diamonds that you never knew existed if you hadn’t taken a risk & tried something new. It’s so worth it.

This year I’m learning how NOT to skip over the hard lessons.  That my fire to grow personally and professionally comes from failure.  But best of all, that my failures are teaching me how to more easily extend grace to others.

Grateful for all the times things didn’t work out exactly how I wanted them to work out.
